To sign up to my members Yahoo group, you will first need to create a Yahoo profile if you do not already have one.  If you have a Yahoo id, sign in and follow the instructions from there.

If you do not have a Yahoo id:

Go to http://www.yahoo.com and click on Groups in the left column.


On the next page, click on the Sign Up link near the top of the page.


You will be presented with a page where Yahoo wants some information about you (for marketing purposes, no doubt).  What you put on there is none of my business, and I will not see what you type in.  Just fill in the form with whatever information you feel comfortable sharing with Yahoo.

At the very least, enter your birth date (you can be honest—I nor the members will be able to see it), and you're all set.  Apparently, Yahoo! automatically checks the age, so I don't have to do it.  I apologize in advance to those members whom I had to deny access because of Yahoo! unannounced changes (they explain them on this BLOG entry).

Don't forget to check that you accept the Yahoo! Terms of Service and click on the Create My Account button at the bottom of the page. 

Now that you have a Yahoo id. . .

. . . go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BBPagesMembers and join the group.  You will receive the user id and password to get in the site as soon as I approve you, which usually takes less than a week unless I'm out of town.
